Child Development Center - 2017 Christmas Shoe Boxes
Child Development Center - 2017 Christmas Program
Happy New Year and May God’s supernatural blessing be upon you! We are so thankful for the New Year and new opportunities of ministry that lay ahead. December was a very productive month as outlined below. Also, we have produced two videos of our Child Development Center, please take time to view the labor, sacrifice and support to continue our ministry efforts. December 3 Evangelistic Concert
We invited the worship team and Pastor from a local church to host this concert. The goal was to invite new visitors into our new activity center. The night was a huge success, prior to the concert we evangelized the community and had many first time visitors hear a clear presentation of the Gospel.
December 16 Seminary Christmas Break We are very encouraged with the willingness of the students to participate in our new seminary. Also, we were able to bless the 2 full time pastors and one assistant with a Christmas love offering. They were shocked and very appreciative.
December 20 Children's Christmas Presentation We began planning in September and started rehearsal in October. The program was a huge success! All praise to God and the Children’s ministry team.
December 21 Child Development Center Christmas Shoebox We were so blessed to have FBC Kingston undertake our need for Christmas shoeboxes. They shipped 400 pounds of Christmas shoeboxes. We were so excited to share the love of Christ at Christmas. The majority of these children would never receive a Christmas gift. December 31 First Funeral Service
We hosted our first funeral service for a family in our church that lost their mother. It was a blessing to preach the gospel to a captivated audience and share the comfort of Christ in time of loss.
January 1, 2018 This month the church will celebrate two years. 2017 was the year of construction. 2018 is the year of “more”. We are asking God to bless us with more opportunities, more evangelism, and more leaders. Thank you for your faithful prayers and support! Asking for “More” in 2018, Earl, Tami, Megan and Morgan Hammons
